Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
2 cans (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
3 or 4 bananas
2 bags frozen strawberries (unsweetened) or fresh berries
1 large and 1 small box instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (light)
Preparation

Mix both boxes of vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Slice bananas in bowl. Add pineapple. Stir to coat bananas with juice. Add sliced strawberries. Set aside. In bottom of dish, pinch cake up in bite-size pieces. Drain fruit in colander. Put fruit over cake. Next spread vanilla pudding on top of fruit. Top with Cool Whip. Let set a couple of hours in refrigerator.
