Broccoli Blue Cheese Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli, tough stems removed, broken into small flowerets
1 stick butter
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 large whole green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1/4 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. fresh fettucine
salt
lots of freshly ground pepper
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

Here's my recipe--it's not elegant, but it sure tastes good!
The perfect dish to bring to a potluck or to round out a dinner or brunch.
