Pineapple Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 to 14 lb.) fully cooked smoked ham
whole cloves
1 (10 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
1 Tbsp. brown-prepared mustard
1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple slices, drained
mint sprig (for decorating) if desired
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Leaving a fat layer of 1/4-inch thick, score and place clove in each diamond score.
Place ham in roasting pan on rack.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
