Cheesy Sausage Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage (you can also use mild)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls about ping pong ball size.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2-inches apart and press down with a fork to about 1/4-inch thickness. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve
    warm or at room temperature.
    They freeze well.
    Just thaw at room temperature or in a preheated 250\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Makes about 65 to 70 balls.
