Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground chuck/beef
    1 lb. sausage (Tennessee Pride, mild)
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (homestyle)
    1 Tbsp. Italian spices or pizza spices
    16 oz. cottage cheese or Ricotta
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    3 Tbsp. grated Romano/Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook noodles and fry chopped beef and sausage (drain well). Put back into skillet.
    Add sauce, spices, 1 1/2 tablespoons Ramona and 1 1/2 tablespoons Parmesan.
    Simmer until thick (about 20 minutes).
