Cranberry Nut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Butter an 11-inch pie pan generously.
Add cranberries, then top with nuts.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar on top of cranberries and nuts.
Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until light lemon in color. Add melted butter and sugar while whisking.
Beat in the flour and extract.
Pour batter over cranberries and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
It should come out clean or with few crumbs.
Serve hot or cold.
