Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped toasted pecans (toast in oven with butter 6 minutes at 350~)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding
    8 c. whole milk
    1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Cook pudding and eggs together with 2 cups of the milk.
    Cook according to the directions on the pudding box.
    Mix all ingredients well with pudding mixture and churn.
