Marinated Chicken With Peppers And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken
1/4 c. white wine
Italian seasoning
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 c. rice
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in roasting pan; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Pour white wine over the chicken.
Also, dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in a cup of boiling water; pour over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Separately stir-fry peppers and prepare 1 cup of instant white rice.
