Jellied Tuna Fish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. tuna fish, flaked
    1 c. peas (fresh cooked or canned)
    2 Tbsp. pimento, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add cold water, vinegar and salt.
    Chill.
    When slightly thickened, fold in remaining ingredients.
    Blend.
    Turn into individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Unfold on crisp lettuce.
    Garnish with additional mayonnaise.
