Preparation

Butter the baking dish thoroughly.
Lightly salt the bottom of the dish with seasoned salt.
Butter and use seasoned salt on both sides of the meat; place in a baking dish.
Cover and cook at 250\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
Comes out tender and juicy.
