Creole Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, grated
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Dip chicken in mixture, coating well.
Heat oil in skillet.
Cook chicken until tender and golden; drain on paper towels.
