Tuna-Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brush potatoes with fat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp and mash.
    Add salt, pepper, butter and milk; beat until fluffy.
    Stir in tuna.
    Refill potato shells.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Makes 8.
