Peanut Butter Kisses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Brach's stars or candy kisses

Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients on waxed paper and set aside. Cream with mixer, margarine, peanut butter and sugars.
Blend in eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls (if dough is too sticky, place in refrigerator for a few minutes.)
Roll each ball in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
Bake 7 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and press a candy kiss or Brach's star in center.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cooling rack.
