Hungarian Pork Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. boneless lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tsp. oil
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.), Italian-style
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
Place pork cubes in bag and shake to coat with mixture.
In skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
Stir in tomatoes.
Cook, covered, over medium heat 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove pan from heat.
Remove cup of sauce mix from skillet and blend with sour cream.
Return mix to pan and blend well.
Do not boil.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
Yields 4 servings.
