Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 cubed potatoes
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Combine water, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery and bouillon. When starts to boil, add broccoli.
    Meanwhile, mix and melt together 1/2 cup margarine, 2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon dry mustard.
    Pour into vegetables and add 1/2 to 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes.
    Stir until melted.
    (Better if served as soon as cheese melts.)
