Flan With Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk
    1 can (use as measure) whole milk
    half (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. Frangelico liqueur
Preparation
    Prepare caramel by slowly heating sugar in metal container. When golden in color, pour into a mold for the oven (meat loaf pan size is adequate).
    Beat egg whites separately.
    Beat egg yolks. Add condensed milk while mixing.
    Add whole milk and vanilla. (Can do this with hand mixer or even blender.)
    Finally, mix in cream cheese and pour into caramel mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes by putting into a bigger mold with water.
    Tastes great!
