Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomato juice
2 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
4 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. snipped chives
2 small cloves garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix ingredients, cover and chill thoroughly.
This is low in calories and especially good in the summer with the fresh vegetables in season.
Serves 12 to 16.
