Mystery Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
    Serve with cucumber, carrot and celery sticks.
    Yields about 3 cups.
