Potato Soup(Crock-Pot Or Stove Top) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 onion, chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 rib celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    5 c. water
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place everything except milk in crock-pot.
    Cook on low 10 to 12 hours (or overnight) and on high 4 to 5 hours. Stir in milk just before serving.
    Use less milk for thicker soup.
