Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 can coconut
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish and cover with topping.
