Blueberry Golden Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg or mace
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    fresh blueberries (any amount)
Preparation
    Stir with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
    Fold in blueberries last.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls (too large puffs will not cook through) into deep fat or oil at 375\u00b0.
    Fry until golden brown (about 3 minutes).
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Roll warm puff in cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar.
    Eat warm.
