Spinach With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cook the spinach according to package directions.
    Drain very well, squeezing out as much liquid as possible.
    Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan and saute the onion and garlic until tender but not browned.
    Stir in sour cream, nutmeg, seasoned salt and spinach.
    Heat, but do not allow to boil.
