Oven Omelet(For Breakfast Or Dinner) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk or cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt together.
Pour into pan. Sprinkle with green onions.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Test with toothpick for doneness. Cut into squares (12 to 15).
Serves 6.
