Sadie'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, sliced thinly with food processor
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 pt. heavy cream
salt and pepper
garlic clove
butter (to grease dish)
Preparation

Grease a large casserole dish with butter and then rub with garlic clove. Place half of potatoes in dish.
Salt and pepper them to taste.
Sprinkle with half of shredded cheese.
Layer remaining potatoes and cheese.
Pour heavy cream over.
Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
