Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
Beat egg; add milk.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Mix.
Add melted butter. When griddle has reached correct temperature, pour the pancakes. When full of bubbles, turn only once.
