Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in milk in top of double boiler over simmering water; stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat and beat in sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
    Cool slightly; fold in marshmallows.
    Frost cookies.
    Yields frosting for 4 dozen cookies.
