Vegetable Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    2 large onions
    2 slices tomatoes (plum)
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Layer peppers, onions, tomatoes and chicken on bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    Season chicken as you like.
    Repeat chicken, peppers, onions and tomatoes.
    Cover lightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Great on the grill.
