Old-Fashion Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears corn
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off the cob, scraping ears.
    Add sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
    Blend in beaten eggs, butter and milk.
    Bake in greased casserole dish at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4.
