Soup In A Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans potato soup or homemade soup
    3 cans chicken broth or homemade soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    sour cream (before eating, add your own)
    3 carrots
    3 ribs celery
    3 green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter. Add broth; simmer 20 minutes.
    Add potato soup and cheese.
    Just before serving in bun, add sour cream.
