Chicken Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken (dark or light), cut in 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, cut up
    8 mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 small green pepper, cut up
    1 small red pepper, cut up
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    vermicelli
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil until soft; remove from pan.
    Flour chicken lightly and brown on both sides in same pan. Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook until chicken is tender. Serve over vermicelli.
