Chicken On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic honey and seasonings; mix well. Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours.
    Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
