Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. In a small pan, melt butter; whisk in the honey, Dijon mustard, salt and curry.
Pour mixture over chicken and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste every 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
