Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. skim milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Place all ingredients in a 3-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Cook on High for 2 minutes.
Stir until blended.
Cover and chill an hour.
Cut in squares.
