Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    6 eggs
    vanilla to taste
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Alternate flour and milk; mix well after each addition. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in a large tube pan.
