Up And Down Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add milk all at once and stir until dough follows fork around bowl.
    Roll out. Spread with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut and place in muffin tins.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
