Lemon Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
    (Batter will be thin.)
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a tube pan.
