Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large pork chops
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato juice
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Simmer ingredients for 15 minutes.
Lay pork chops in dish and pour mixture over.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
