Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 slices bread
    1/2 lb. cheese (at least half Cheddar)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. melted butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. (16 oz.) milk
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut crusts off bread and cut into small cubes.
    Cut cheese into bite size pieces.
    Place 1/3 of shrimp in casserole.
    Top with 1/3 of bread cubes and 1/3 of cheese cubes.
    Repeat 2 more times.
    Pour butter over all.
    Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Beat well.
    Pour over all.
    Cover and stand overnight or 3 hours.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
