Easy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. seasoned flour
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. water
1 can onion soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cut round steak into serving pieces.
Pound seasoned flour into steak.
Brown steak on both sides in shortening.
Add water; cover; cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Uncover; cook down excess liquid.
Pour in soup; heat slowly.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
