Spinach Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. phyllo leaves
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
    1 c. cottage cheese
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine spinach and next 6 ingredients.
    Stir until blended. Lay out 2 sheets phyllo, one on top of other.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Spread about 3 to 4 tablespoons spinach mixture long shorter edge of phyllo.
    Roll up twice.
    Fold in sides and continue rolling jelly roll fashion.
