Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except the coconut) in blender, on low speed.
Grease pie plate.
Pour mixture into pie plate and let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
