Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
10 stalks celery, cut in 3-inch pieces
paprika
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Spoon into celery pieces.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Yield:
2 1/2 dozen.
