No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean chuck, cut in 2-inch cubes
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. ginger ale or water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Put
    ingredients
    in a 2 1/2 quart casserole and cover. Bake at
    300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Do not peek.
    Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
    Can
    be
    served with cooked rice or noodles. Makes 6 servings.
