Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a bowl cream sugar, margarine, and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add bananas and beat so that the batter is well mixed. Add flour, baking soda, salt and nuts and mix.
    Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
