Rose'S White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans navy beans or any white beans of your choice
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken breasts
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    pinch of cloves
    3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beans, broth, water and onion in Dutch oven.
    Add chicken, chiles, cumin, oregano, red pepper and cloves.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Adjust seasonings.
    Serve in bowls topped with cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
