Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 or 4 1/2 c. white flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. honey
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix wheat flour,
    salt,
    yeast\tand
    1\tcup white flour together; set
    aside.
    Mix\ttogether
    margarine,
    water, milk, honey
    and\tcottage
    cheese.
    Heat\tthoroughly.
    When
    all\tis melted, blended
    together
    and
    lukewarm, remove from heat and stir in the
    flour\tmixture.
    Add just enough of the remaining white flour to
    make
    a firm but sticky dough.
    Place on board and knead in
    remaining flour.\tPlace in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
    Punch down. Divide into loaves
    (2\tregular
    loaves
    or
    3\tsmall loaves). Place in greased
    pans.
    Cover
    and let
    rise
    again (about 1 hour).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
