Microwave Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Soften butter in microwave at 50% power.
Blend in sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Add flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder, blending until moistened well.
Pour into a greased glass baking dish.
Add topping.
