Chicken With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 half chicken breasts, boneless
Swiss cheese, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can half and half
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
1 cube butter, melted
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in microwave for 2 minutes per breast piece.
(Or simmer in water until tender.)
Skin the breasts and place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover each piece with sliced Swiss cheese.
Mix together the chicken soup and half and half. Pour this over the top.
Stir the croutons into the melted butter and put on top of chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until it bubbles.
