Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes with peppers
    1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper in a frying pan.
    Add tomatoes, tomatoes with peppers and black-eyed peas.
    Bring the mix to a boil.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    Prepare corn bread mix according to package directions, then pour it over casserole mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bread is done.
