Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese (1/2 of a 12 oz. carton)
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn meal (8 1/2 oz. pkg.) or use 3 c. self-rising corn meal
Preparation
    Bake in greased pan at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
